During our troubleshooting process, one of our specialists asked for a remote session to better determine the nature of your reported issue.
To be able to assist, you will need to follow the steps below:

1. Download and save the remote session tool corresponding to your operating system using the links below:

2. Open the file and communicate the unique ID and Password to your Filcan PC Tech specialist.
3. Once the connection is made, the Ifixit Support specialist will start the troubleshooting steps required to identify the exact issue.
